Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story, 900 sq. ft. home right on the sand in Newport Beach with no boardwalk in front of it. This is the lower level unit in a 2-unit complex. (Both units can be rented simultaneously - please see NB-420AB or contact our Reservations Team for details.) This compound sleeps 9 comfortably in beds. SLP13354 TOT 10% 3 Night Minimum


This home sports a beachside patio - accessible from the great room - with a gas barbecue, a comfortable seating cluster, a fire pit, and an outside dining table for 4-6. A comfortable, beach chic decorated living room has a wall-mounted TV and a large seating cluster from which to enjoy it and the ever-present view.


There is a dining area for 4-6 and a modern kitchen that has all the amenities and appliances so all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.


There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with 3 twin beds, so this home sleeps 5 in beds. There is 1 shared modern bath with a shower/tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.


Again, if you need more space you can also rent NB-420B (above) which has 1 queen bed and 2 additional twin beds so 4 can sleep comfortably in this rear unit.


Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a washer and dryer in the garage. A basic supply of paper and soap products are also included.


There is one car garage parking for this unit, and this unit parks on the left. The garage is from the 1960s, so it's neither tiny nor huge.


This simple, but very adequate home, will make a great home base to return to after your day’s adventures. And you may very likely create some memories that will last a life time.

Newport Beach is a coveted vacation location along the Southern California coastline. It, and the surrounding Balboa peninsula have a huge variety of land and sea-based activities for you to enjoy.


Here you are about half-way between greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas, so it easy to take a day trip to enjoy the many world-class attractions in this area.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area with ease. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the patio and enjoying the serene views—such a great way to start and end each day. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-maintained vacation rental!

Main bed was not good, too soft and folded inwards. The house needs to upgrade desk fans or install bedroom fans. The house gets really hot due to no open windows to allow breeze from the ocean. They should think about installing a security screen door on the two doors to allow them to stay open for the breeze
