This beautifully updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining that opens up to the dining room and living room for social interaction. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying the BEACH!
We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Bikes and Beach Towels.
