About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 138 m² house in Laon, which can accommodate up to 6 people. For professional use, the ideal capacity is 4 travelers maximum. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 1 and 2 : Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A bicycle shed
The house is ideally located in Laon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Laon is a medieval town, nicknamed Belle Ile en Terre by Victor Hugo, or the Carcassonne of the North, or "The Crowned Mountain". The house is at the foot of the hill, and the plateau, surrounded by 8 km of intact ramparts, can be reached directly by foot in 15 minutes. The old town behind the ramparts boasts many ancient monuments. These discoveries can be made on foot, by bike, by bus...
