The apartment was in a good location with an easy walk into the old town.

Superb

The location was great with lovely views of the cathedral and church. Easy walk into town. Apartment was perfect for the two nights we stayed. Clean and well equipped. Host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the communal garden in the evening.

Please be aware that there is no dedicated parking if this is important for you. Public street parking nearby is easily accessible.

Would recommend for a stop over

The property had a lovely shared garden which we took advantage of . Lovely location, quiet but within easy walking distance to the town center . Nicely decorated and very clean. There was no parking provided, but it was very easy to park, for free, in a public car park adjacent to the property.

Une vue magnifique et une prestation de qualité

Dans le Clos, plusieurs appartement dont le Coquelicot où nous avons séjourné. Très bien équipé, meublé et décoré avec goût, spacieux pour le prix. La literie est tres bonne, le lit double grand format. Tout est fait pour ne manquer de rien. Tres bonne localisation (en face de l'abbaye Saint martin), parking en face tres simple, terrasse privative commune aux 4 appartements. La vue depuis l'appartement sur la cathedrale est magnifique. A noter : l'espace detente est payant (sauna/bain a bulles) dispo séparement sur demande.

Pas de chance, pour la soiree du Nouvel An, un voisin indélicat a fait la fête jusqu'a 4h du matin... Mais c'est le seul point négatif du sejour.

Ideale locatie om Laon te bezichtigen. Gratis parking zeer dichtbij. Zeer nette studio. Een zeer vriendelijke host!

We hadden pech dat de thermostaat van de douchekraan niet goed werkte. En een loodgieter was niet direct bereikbaar.

Appartement bien situé , séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable week -end à Laon ,dans cet appartement du Clos Saint Martin très bien situé à deux pas des remparts et de la cité médiévale, avec une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale illuminée le soir. L'appartement est confortable, climatisé et bien équipé. Notre hôte Isabelle a été très attentionnée et arrangeante quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Nettes Appartment in der Altstadt

Nette und ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Altstadt von Laon. Sehr sauber und alles drin, was man so benötigt. Kleiner Gemeinschaftsgarten vor den Wohnungen. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten bzw. Code zum Reinkommen in das Appartement. Hat alles wunderbar per Email funktioniert. Die Kathedrale von Laon ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Parken schräg gegenüber ist kostenlos möglich. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet und trotzdem vernünftig wohnen möchte, ist hier richtig.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte besser sein, aber zum Duschen reicht es schon.
