The spiral staircase is extremely steep

Don’t use as a family. Suitable for couples, too small for 4 people.

It was very clean. The instructions were comprehensive and it was easy on arrival to get in. The setting is amazing!! It’s a beautiful area and an amazing town so would recommend a visit as a couple for sure. Well equipped kitchen and good shower.

The property is far smaller than the pictures suggest. It would be good for two people but no good for a family. We booked it as a layover for one night and because it is advertised for up to four people and the pictures look spacious we thought it would be comfortable for the short time we were there. It was really cramped and I don’t think it should be advertised as suitable for four people. The sofa bed is very low quality and has a hard bar across it that hurt my son’s face. The stairs are very steep and not suitable for kids. I would question the safety of the property. The bathroom had an exposed electricity socket in it. The table/bar can’t be used as it moves so much a drinks spill. The barrier at the top of the stairs is very flimsy and has huge movement. I do not think it would be strong enough if someone fell into it.

Quirky appartment

It was difficult to locate the property but when we did it was easy to follow the instructions to retrieve the keys. There was a small terrace with table and chairs and kitchen diner that was well equipped. The decor was fun and the bed comfy. The shower room was fresh and clean. It felt good value for money on the whole. Parking was possible outside on the verge with no charges.

The spiral staircase was small and diffucult to negotiate, especially coming down. The top hand rail was not well attached. The property was further from the centre than I had expected. The access is via an outside staircase and the property shares the terrace with the neighbouring appartment which was Ok but could have been awkward depending on the other guests.

Bit of hit and miss

Very clean , newly refurbished, all equipment working, heating was great..comfy bed

Stairs not suitable.. Had to be very careful to go up if someone goes . Missing screws in one of the stairs, compact, struggle to know I need to take stair downwards to reach, no one picked up phone... Kettle need to be descaled No railing in bathroom

Belle découverte

Facilité d'accès, place de parking devant le logement. Studio refait à neuf, quartier très calme, pas de circulation de voiture. Grande promenade qui fait le tour du rampart dans le calme et en pleine verdure. Lit très confortable, vue sur la forêt et au loin la ville. Pas de lumière de la ville du côté où on est.

La terrasse en bois est très très glissante par temps humide. La petite table et la table à manger sont instables et bougent un peu dans tous les sens. L'escalier est dangereux, la rampe bouge quand on s'y tient pour monter ou descendre, elle ne semble pas assez solide en cas de chute.

Comfortabel appartement op een rustige en groene locatie aan de rand van de oude stad. Het heeft een mooi beschaduwd terras. De keuken is zeer compleet. Prima bedden.

De trap tussen slaapkamer en woonkamer is erg steil.

Ontspannend

Zeer rustig gelegen en verassend aangenaam. Je kon van daaruit overal te voet naartoe!

De trap om de bovenverdieping te bereiken stond zeer wankel en de balustrade stond los. Het is een onveilige trap waar je heel moeilijk naar boven en vooral naar beneden geraakt.
