The spacious, about 45 m² large Non smoking apartment No. 4, located on the ground floor of the apartment house. It can accommodate up to 4 people. You enter the apartment through a separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a combined living and kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 2 mattresses a 80x200 and wardrobe and a shower room with WC. The fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and of course enough crockery and cutlery. The living area is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). To end the evening relaxing, standing on the terrace (about 8 square meters) comfortable outdoor furniture for you. Attention, the terrace is located directly on a wheel and trail, separated by a fence but without further screening. A car park belongs to the apartment.
