Large and comfortable villa in Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain with a private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a residential beach area and 3 km from El Portet beach.The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 3 levels. This villa was spacious and very well equipped. It was situated in the perfect location near the beach, shops and town.
The only few issues we found was that the area at the bottom of the garden with the pool table and garden cooking area etc was stunning and surrounded by beautiful greenery however this meant that it was plagued with tiger mosquitos and the first night we were there, we had almost 100 bites between 3 adults. This of course is no fault of the villa owner however felt it was worth mentioning as serious precaution is needed. We didn’t use that area again due to the bites so had to stay around the pool area. Another small issue was the depth of the pool as the pool became very deep very quickly. For young children, they would have to remain on the steps to touch the floor.
Everything was in great working order. Water supply etc was good. Stunning views and was very pieceful.
It does have a small indoor living area but that wasn’t an issue as we spent all of our time outside. 2 bedrooms on main floor and third bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom.
Overall would definitely recommend this villa but just had to mention the few downsides we found.
