No stairs at this property. One full bathroom with shower in the tub. This place includes smart tv in living room, full size kitchen, small dining area, a laundry area with washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has one queen bed.
Have the entire place to yourself! No need for keys! This unit is armed with digital lock and guests will be provided with unique entry code.

If you’ve never been to Pekin, it’s a bit of an odd city. It’s got some cool places to see like the World’s Greatest Sundial. Some of the nice outdoors areas to visit: Coal Miner’s Park, Pekin Lagoon, Mineral Springs Park, and Putt the Magic Dragon

The home overall was pleasant with a few problems that ultimately kept it from being perfect.These problems include the following:1) Many items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival.2) The wifi was borderline unusable in the living room. This wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that there was nowhere to setup my computer anywhere else in the house. I would heavily recommend adding a small desk in the master bedroom or adding a wifi mesh extender in the hallway by the laundry facilities.3) This is less so a complaint and more so a note, the kitchen was very well stocked, but it was seemingly missing simple things. For example, there wasn't a colander or anything else to easily drain water from a pot. I noticed this one specifically, but I suspect there may have been others.For things that I enjoyed:1) The bed was very comfortable. I slept well the entire week I was here.2) Per my point 3 above, the kitchen was very well stocked. I was able prepare meals easily the entire week.3) The house overall had a very relaxing atmosphere.

The property was clean and well stocked. The property manager was easy to work with, and we had a very nice and relaxing experience in this rental. The only unknown was the location's exterior, which is in a small neighborhood/circle, but the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves, and while there was not much outdoor space, there was a lovely flowering tree and small green side yard to enjoy. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

It seemed to be. We received email threats telling us how much the fines would be if we left any dirty dishes or didn’t take out the trash or checked in too early or checked out too late. All the coffee mugs had visible dirt or food on them inside and out. The water glasses had food spots on them. The lamps in one bedroom didn’t work, though they worked when plugged into an outlet in the kitchen. It was ok, but worrying about all the possible ways we might have to pay a $20, or $25, or $30 fine made it too stressful for me to ever go back. Plus, I washed more dishes there than they did.
