About this house rental
Welcome to the Pekin Cottage! We strive in offering an affordable accommodation for our traveling workers & vacationers, for a much lower discounted rate! We want our place to be your home away from home. The Suites is centrally located in Pekin, only a few blocks from Pekin Hospital, & less than 20 minutes from the Peoria Hospitals, Zoo, & Caterpillar. Close to the quaint Pekin Lagoon where you can find fishing, paddle boats, playgrounds, putt putt golf, skate park, trails, & water park.

The Cottage & Guest House are currently listed for sale. Since this is a unique property, showings are NOT very often but we cannot guarantee when a showing request will be received.
We do require a 24-hour notice, so in the event we receive a showing request, we will let you know the day prior.
Each home will be shown for no more than 15-20 minutes.
You/your group do NOT have to vacate the property. You/your group also do NOT have to be available to allow access. We do not want to interfere with any travel plans.
We also do not expect our guests to do anything special for any showings.
The agent & buyers are aware this property is an active VRBO and has frequent guests.

The kitchen was excellent. Lots of nice, up to date spices and herbs to help with cooking. Living room nice size to invite some family for a visit.Bed was not really comfortable, and pillows need to be replaced.
