Relax in this private, centrally-located apartment in East Peoria. Located on the top of a hill on the historic Fondulac Drive, you get the tranquility of living among the trees while being just a few minutes drive from everything you need such as hospitals, restaurants, shopping, gyms, and more. In the winter you have a view of the Peoria city skyline and the river while in the summer months you will be surrounded by full, green trees. This home is perfect for the traveling professional looking for a very spacious and private space to unwind. This is the lower level of our personal home with a separate private entrance to come and go as you please. If you ever need anything we are nearby to assist. Otherwise, consider this space similar to apartment living where we are simply good neighbors you might pass in the driveway occasionally. :)
