The apartment was completely refurbished in May 2016 and can now be rented for the first time. It has a large south-facing terrace (24 sqm) with adjoining lawn and spoils them with sunshine almost all day long. The fine sandy, sprawling and gently sloping beach invites especially for swimming and sunbathing and can be reached quickly in about 5 minutes. There is a children's playground and restaurants on the beach. A water sports center with a large sailing, surfing and kite school is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Parking lot 1 is reserved exclusively for our guests.
