We rent the top floor apartment in our beautiful holiday home in Bosau in a direct sea location. The house stands on a 3500 sqm plot. It is only 50m to the lake. An elderly lady lives in the lower apartment, we live in the house next door and are happy to help you with any questions.
Your apartment has a large living room with dining area and a covered west-facing balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). On request, we are happy to provide a cot without a grid (70 x 140 cm) and / or a travel cot with an additional mattress (120 x 60 cm).
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN 4 ADULTS THE FIFTH AND SIX TRAVELING PERSON CAN ONLY BE A CHILD SLEEPING IN THE ADDABLE CHILDREN'S BED OR IN THE TRAVEL BED.
From all three rooms you have a wonderful lake view with many beautiful sunsets and a view of the Gut Nehmten. From the kitchen and the bathroom you look into the back of the garden.
You enter your apartment through your own private entrance in the back of the house. There is also the approx. 25 sqm wellness area with a sauna and a large shower. Via a spacious staircase you can reach your lovingly furnished, approx. 80 sqm apartment. There are several parking spaces in the rear garden area. You can also grill here.
Our lake property (2000 sqm) with its own jetty is available to you during your stay. The beach chairs invite you to linger and our large trampoline, a canoe and a rowing boat are welcome to use. The water is shallow in this part of the lake for a long time. Ideal for children.
Very good windsurfing area.
It is a non-smoking domicile; smoking is allowed on the covered balcony.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
When occupying more than 2 people, we charge 10 euros per night for each additional person.
