Beautiful house and just like the pictures! The host was mostly respondent to all our concerns. However we were only supplied with one, not full, paper towel roll for our 5 days stay. The host did send us more rolls later that day. I wish it was more clear in the listing that the upstairs 3rd floor is rented out separately, you have to read very carefully in the listing to realize that. We did have a slight issue with the A/C when we arrived, the upstairs was very hot but once we noticed the host the situation was settled. Overall the house was beautiful and spacious and our group had a great time!

The house was great and our family had a wonderful time at Crescent Mansion. We did not use the hot tub but did enjoy the backyard amenities.

The house was the perfect size for our extended family. I’m sure it was a beautiful home at one time. The house needs a lot of work. The door to the basement did not have a door lock. We had small children so we took precautions to keep them safe. The pool table just needs to be removed because it’s ripped and you really can’t play. The hot tub was gross. Gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. Items in the house were dusty. Floors were just swept, not actually clean. Furniture was falling apart in bedrooms. Coffee maker was dirty. The backyard was all beat up from weather and usage. We did receive quick responses from the company when we had questions or concerns. Downtown shops were great. Loved Dos Dos. Houses are so close that we can see in others apartment. We did have a great time while celebrating a wedding. Will visit Colorado Springs again.
