Our upper patio features a 6-person jacuzzi with jets, open year-round. It's the perfect reward after hiking Garden of the Gods or driving to the summit of Pikes Peak. Summer brings cool mountain evenings and starry skies; fall and winter bring crisp nights and the occasional snowfall while you soak in the warmth.
Outside, the magic really happens
Step through the private gate into a sprawling wraparound yard with lush grass and comfortable patio furniture. Fire up the grill, roast s'mores at the fire pit, and gather at the picnic tables for big group meals under the stars. Follow the path to the small creek behind the property, where kids and dogs love to explore. Just across the creek is a full park with a playground. And keep an eye out at dusk: deer regularly wander through the yard!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals for our large family group. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. We were provided plenty of linens and pillows for all beds and plenty of towels as well. We appreciated that the outside deck had comfortable seating for a large group making it nice for us to enjoy the cool Colorado mornings and evenings! It seemed like our hosts has thought of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable and easy-even leaving a garage door opener for us to use to make it convenient for us to park in the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property, great communication with host. Place had lots of everything: space, dishes and cookware, towels, toys for the kids, you name it. No shortage of anything (except we did have to buy toilet paper late in the week - 12 people, including 4 children). Each family had privacy when needed.Walking trail behind home, big yard with hammock, big driveway with lots of space to park (and use of the garage!). Perfect for our "family reunion"! There is a racquet/activity club next door and there was music playing from early in the morning until well after dark, but it wasn't loud, and inside the house was quiet. Such a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the Springs! Kristin was an excellent and courteous hostess. Answered all our questions along the way. Highly recommend this home for your big family!
