About this house rental
Brand new modern construction right on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen with connected patio. The living room has an open floor plan that includes a gas fire place and easy access to the kitchen and dining area for entertainment.
The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has a spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2 level. The basement level includes a 2nd full living area with a full kitchen, 2 more bedrooms, an additional queen sleeper sofa and a 2nd laundry room. Perfect for large groups or 2 families looking to be close but still have separate living space. The Basement has a separate private entry for many different use options.
Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and No 3. Taphouse to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Everything from booking the property to checking in to checking out was so easy. The PropertyWas a great accommodation for3 families. Not once did we feel like we were on top of one another. We had space and when we wanted to come together we had the perfect place in the center of the house.

This was a beautiful house with the perfect location! Everyone had their own space and the common areas were big enough for family dinners and playing games. The location was perfectly central to all the things we wanted to do.
