Walk about 10 minutes to nearby beaches and 15 minutes to popular local restaurants. Spend your days hiking, biking, surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, golfing, or exploring scenic Highway 1, then return to relax and watch the sunset. San Francisco is approximately 30 minutes away, and Santa Cruz is about an hour away. Please note that the studio is on the third level and requires climbing stairs.

Stunning view, lovely furnishings and very clean.

Nice, efficient studio in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of stairs to access the property but not an issue for us. One drawback was only place to “wash” dishes was in bathroom sink which was a bit awkward. Bed was comfy and nice distant view of the ocean.

Everything was great except I was disappointed the refrigerator didn’t work. I had purchased ice cream, milk and dog food that all had to be thrown out. If I had known it could have saved me 20.

Parking was great. I didn’t realize there were so many stairs. I should have because of the name “ penthouse” and the view pictured on Vrbo site. It was a beautiful area
