About this house rental
Welcome to our quiet, private super clean 300 SF studio with 1000 Square feet of outdoor decking and manicured gardens. Follow the well lit 15steps (NO RAILING) leading you to a private gate and studio. The studio features, custom Teak furniture, a sleep number bed, large flat screen with Direct TV, Comcast internet, small kitchenette, beautiful custom Fireclay Tile throughout. Guests can enjoy meandering through the garden. The perfect little getaway nest. I do want all guest to be aware you must be AIGLE to navigate the 15 pavers stairs(without Railing) down to Studio. Please see photo.
Be aware, that parking is across the street facing up the hill from the house, Trying to get a local Taxi, Uber is an issue. You should have a car the distance to the beach and restaurants is not far but our home is up a steep hill.

The hosts were very pleasant. The studio is like a warm hug! The use of the small space done well. The view and the gardens are outstanding! I definitely will return!

Everything was perfectly laid out by the host! The cottage is beautiful and comfortable. The garden and ocean view is memorable especially! I enjoyed my stay!

There was a mistake within VRBO—not this property owners fault. We were booked for two different properties in the same town—on the same days. When we alerted this property owner that we would be staying at the other property and wanted to negotiate with him for partial refund—there was no response. We would have appreciated getting the cleaning fee back since there was nothing to clean from our non-stay. We completely understand it was not the property owners fault—but that of VRBO—but not answering our messages and not refunding the expensive cleaning fee was not right. Having said that—BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS.
