This cozy apartment worked well for my hubby and me. Great location to bike/walking path, restaurants; town is full of great food spots. The beach is so close and we actually had a view from #1. Great property! Only a couple of blocks to the beach and an easy walk to several restaurants and Hop Dogma brewery, which was fabulous! Super clean place with fresh flowers waiting for us on check in. Ralph was great. We mistakenly left a couple of personal items at the property, and he graciously mailed them to us free of charge. We were looking for a home base last minute in Half Moon Bay for our family and were so grateful to have found this spot. Ralph was quick to communicate, very responsive to questions and the check-in and out process couldn’t have been easier, which was helpful considering our toddler was asleep when we arrived late. We stayed here for a long weekend from the East Coast. Beautiful location only minutes away from Half Moon Bay and gorgeous beaches. We used it as a base for visiting other areas Monterey, San Francisco and Napa. Condo is comfortably appointed, beds very nice. It worked well for us and our two teens. Owner was very responsive and super easy to deal with. I recommend this property and area.

This is a great two bedroom condo with a nice living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities in the condo. The owner is local, very responsive, and helpful. There are great restaurants close by and it's a pretty easy drive into San Francisco. I would highly recommend this condo if you plan on vacationing in the Bay area.

Travelled with another adult couple for 3 nights. This location was fantastic, walking distance to the beach, breweries, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Small living space but plenty for evening games and relaxing after touring the various nearby coastal towns during the day.

I was traveling by myself (female) on this vacation and wanted a place that was safe, quiet, close to beach and restaurants and walking trail. This apartment provided all of that and more. I couldn't have found a more perfect place. All the pictures of the apartment and surroundings were very accurately represented. I felt extremely safe as the apartment was in the middle of a nice neighborhood and I was able to walk to the beach, walking trail and the to the majority of the restaurants. The entire place was very clean and fresh flowers were on the dining room table. I cooked about half of my meals and the kitchen was appointed with everything that I needed and everything was very clean and in good order. My favorite restaurants were Miramar Beach Inn, Ketch JoAnne Restaurant and Sams chowder house which I easily walked to while walking on the beach trail. The couch was very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable with excellent quality linens and comforter. I slept better here than I do in my own home. I didn't watch any TV (too many other wonderful things to do), but I did use the wifi and it worked great! Ralph is very pleasant and kind and was quick to answer any of my questions.. He made the whole process of renting very easy. My week here in heaven went way too quickly and I was so sad to leave. I am already planning my next trip here to Half Moon Bay (hopefully next year) and will make it a priority to stay here.

Great little apartment!

This apartment is a couple blocks from the beach. The location is ideal for walking access to the small beach communities and cafes in the area. The Half Moon Bay Coast Walk Trail is very close by and goes in either direction. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and has all the basics. There was no laundry detergent so we were not able to do laundry until we picked some up. There is no front or back yard. There are two chairs sitting by the front door. They were very nice to sit in during the morning and afternoon, however they are lightweight and flimsy so you might want to consider bringing your own outdoor chairs if you like to relax in the sun. The beds and blankets were really comfortable, although we did bring our own pillows. The white towels were plentiful and freshly cleaned. The dishware and pots and utensils are all modern and clean. We did not use the kitchen much as we were sampling the local restaurants every chance we got. The fridge works really well and keeps things very cold. They have ice trays in the freezer and there was also a bag of ice in there. We did not use the coffee drip maker. The wifi was great for web and email. It was just barely good enough to watch Netflix/Youtube, but don't plan on multiple users on video or gaming. We don't watch network television so we didn't use the TV as it was connected to Comcast. We did turn it on just to see the quality of the signal (very low resolution) and we turned it right back off again. We probably would have used it if it was connected via HDMI to a Roku or something like that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and made sure he was available by telephone when we got there with some questions about how to get in. Highly recommend this adorable little apartment if you want to bop around Half Moon Bay!
