Kitchen/Dining Room:16' x 14'4” A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven and microwave oven. Granite worktops and a double Belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.
Living Room: 17'6”x12'. Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multifuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo.
Downstairs Bathroom: 9' x 6'3” Marble floor with wet room shower , WC and wash hand basin. Electric towel rail and underfloor heating.
