The spacious property extends to c.3,000 sq.ft. and is positioned on a site which is tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The proportions internally provide accommodation filled with natural light through panoramic windows and 2 sets of French doors. The residence has been lovingly cared for and maintained by its current owners.
The property is ideally located just a 35 minute drive to Dublin City and 1 mile from the idyllic village of Summerhill.
