The condominium is located in a quiet dead end, 400 m from the paragliding landing (multipurpose room), near the village center: 200 m from the bakery, supermarket, bar, pharmacy, ... 1 km bike path, 2 km from the beach, 18 km from Annecy center, 20 minutes from ski resorts ...
Ideally located between lake and mountain, quiet and family area, at the foot of the Bauges, large south facing balcony very nice.
The rental price includes:
- water, electricity, heating, wifi internet and final cleaning
- bed and bath sheets
- tourist tax
