Sitting on the 4th floor at the very top of one of the finest palazzi in Venice (indeed the birthplace of 2 Doges of Venice, Leonardo Loredan (1501-21) and Francesco Loredan (1752-62)) and benefitting from plenty of light and airiness as a result, Ca' Cerchieri Terrace offers private water access for stylish and fuss-free arrivals by private water taxi and is reached by lift to the 3rd floor, leaving one flight of stairs to ascend on foot.

A 3rd bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a double bed – please ask when booking) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower

For arrivals between 8.00 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

This apartment has stunning views over the Grand Canal from the master bedroom, with an additional terrace overlooking Dorsoduro from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are light and comfortable. The views are the key here though - got to be one of the best views from a kitchen window I have ever seen! Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful.
Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

This property is amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and had great views over Venice. We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was very communicative and helpful. She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. Very helpful and a great property to stay at. I thought the location was great as well.

Maybe the bathrooms could need updating soon (ideally a separate shower in main bed?) and living room furniture could be more modern and ‘loungey’. But it is still very wonderful! Thank you.
