This villa features a queen-sized bedroom with a flat-screen TV and additional sleeping options including two hallway bunk beds (ideal for small children) and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The updated kitchen boasts new cabinets and appliances, while the living area offers comfortable furnishings and a 48" flat-screen Smart TV. LVP flooring runs throughout the villa, and the balcony off the living room provides a lovely view of the ocean.
Conveniently located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Carolina Beach Club is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Guests enjoy access to Hilton Ocean Oaks Resort’s two heated pools, pool bar with restaurant, and fitness center.
Parking Notes: The Carolina Beach Club limits parking to one car per unit.

Nice but small condo. Unit shows age, but was suited to our needs. Excellent location on the beach. Pool side amenities were very satisfactory and provided great options for various meal times and snacks.

Well we prayed for good weather! Well when the storm surge started, it was three days of misery. The elevator was not working, they closed the pool off and on and restaurant. The pool key did not work at all, so we kept calling out to people to open the gate. The room was a lot smaller then we imagined. The issue was not one hutch to put clothes . The main tv we never figured out, so watched in the bedroom. Our daughter and another couple, left on Tuesday am and got their money back. When I called you gave me a number to the insurance company. I called and. Held on for over a hour, they never answered. I realize we can’t predict the weather, but this is the worse we have ever had. The other two agencies did give credit because of the issues. Is there anyway we can receive some sort of credit for our issues in the building and unit? Thank you.
