The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Love the location of this condo overlooking the beach and close to the elevator. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but could use an extra wash rag/towel for a 10 reservation. Need to improve the cleaning, particularly the bathroom, floors and upholstered furniture. The worst part was mold on the bathroom ceiling, wall and shower curtain (mentioned in a July review). Good unit but definitely room for improvement since our previous rentals have not had these issues.

We enjoyed staying at the Ocean Dunes, 314 overlooking the pool and out into the beach and ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the living area suitable and we had easy access to the pool and beach walkway.The check in was easy with a welcoming friendly staff member Jimmy. We would recommend this location and we will be returning!
