Just one back from the sand this is truly a one of a kind opportunity to own a duplex in mint condition on the Newport Peninsula. This listing is for both units. The lower level unit features two bedrooms, two well appointed bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living, dining space and a generously sized front enclosed patio. The upper house lives very much like a private single family home; it is light and bright and features 3 bedrooms plus a loft on the top floor that can serve as a 4th bedroom and 4 bathrooms; no detail has been overlooked in this sophisticated beach house. Complete with cathedral ceilings, French oak wood flooring throughout, wainscoting, custom beautiful built-ins. The chef's kitchen was beautifully designed with Caesarstone counters, custom cabinetry, a 48" Wolfe range, 48" Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and a pantry. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
