Splendid panoramic sea views over the Golf de Saint-Tropez and a natural estate in all areas. 0.8 km from the sea, close to the Nartelle beaches and 5 min from Sainte-Maxime town center and Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime golf courses (18 holes).
Bright and spacious 230 m2 villa on a 2000 m2 plot, with a large 11mx4.5m heated pool, large air-conditioned bedrooms and a beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and plenty of space.

In just 5 minutes, you can reach the center of Sainte Maxime with its lively, pedestrian-friendly district, traditional restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafés, food stores, grocery stores, ice-cream parlors, bakeries, old covered and street markets, children's rides and the Sainte Maxime golf course. And you won't have to use your car to get to the center of Sainte-Maxime on the simplibus (2.5 euros a day).
