Villa Amelie is een grote moderne villa met een heerlijk zwembad, een groot terras dat gedeeltelijk overdekt is, met een BBQ, prachtig gelegen boven op een berg met schitterend uitzicht op o.a. de golfbaan van Sainte-Maxime en de baai van Sainte-Maxime en Saint-Tropez. Er zijn 4 grote slaapkamers met ieder een en-suite badkamer, een grote woonkamer met aansluitend de eetkamer en aparte ruime keuken. Boven de woonkamer nog een zeer grote prachtige vide met bibliotheek, luxe zithoek en speelruimte voor kinderen.
