About this villa rental
Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). Come and enjoy this big house located in the very desirable Calabay Parc subdivision. Enjoy the space, the beauty of its beautiful rooms, the private pool, the spa (both can be heated with additional payment)... This house is perfect for a family getaway. Golf and park lovers: you will be so centrally located that you will want to return to this vacation home, guaranteed! The property has been completely renovated by an interior designer in October 2017 and looks amazing.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home during our Disney vacation. The home was clean and had plenty of room for my large family. The neighborhood was a little further away from the parks than we normally stay but it was nice and quiet. Some of the other places we have stayed there have been all night parties and people yelling in the streets so this neighborhood was much better. I noticed there were a couple things that previous renters had broken such as a closet door in the downstairs master bedroom and the switch on the air hockey table was broken so we could not turn that on. These things did not affect our stay but just as a heads up in case the owner would like to know.
There is an alarm on the door leading out to the pool which was a nice safety feature to have with small children in the house. The kids enjoyed their themed bedrooms and utilized the game room quite a lot. Having the washer and dryer is so nice too. There were plenty of bathrooms so getting ready in the morning was easy.
Beds were comfortable.
When I came home from the parks one night I noticed a helpful neighbor had wheeled our trash barrel to the road for us for the next morning’s garbage pick up. I thought that was very nice that someone was watching out for the property and shows what a nice community it is.
Thank you again for sharing your home with us and I would certainly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Simple at first but if you don’t use a major credit card the payment process is slightly different.The home amenities exceeded my expectations. The home came equipped with everything you could think of.My family and I were Extremely satisfied

The upstairs master toilet and shower had drain issues. The floor in the jack n jill was very squeaky and had broken tiles. The floor in the downstairs master toilet room made squishing noises. We were not informed of a required security deposit until a week before check-in. We were told it would be 50
