Executive 5/6 Bed Villa with Private Pool, Games Room + Wifi, 12 miles to Disney

Absolutely stunning rental, exactly as described. Walking through the door is like walking into a hug! The warmth, decor and thought put into the house is spectacular. Plenty of comfortable beds, space and room for everyone. The pool was greatly enjoyed by the kids and the jacuzzi was a pleasure for these old bones after days filled with walking. Regis the owner was great, Gayla the property manager was wonderful and ensured everything was ready upon our arrival. Definitely would love to stay again.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and had everything you needed for a great vacation! We enjoyed Universal and the beach. If you have kids they will enjoy the pool and game room. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would diffently stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay. We had enough rooms for all four kids, pool, and hot tub.

The house itself is great. Plenty of space for a number of people and super clean. But there was like no toilet paper, kleenex, salt, dish soap, sugar, or garbage bags. And the outside garbage bins were completely full. I feel that none of this is because of the property owner but that the cleaning people are taking things people may leave behind and that the property manager is not fully doing their job either. I don't think that the property manager ever goes to the property to look over anything and maybe that's not their job but it should be to see if anything needs to be fixed or worked on. The pool heater didn't work and I had to call the property manager multiple times in a day just to get a hold of them since they have no voice-mail. And they wouldn't listen when I told them the heater was broken so I had to call them everyday to keep getting someone out there and to find out if anything had been done to the heater which it had not. They finally replaced it on our last day there so we couldn't even use the pool/hot tub which was the main reason we booked this property. This goes back to the property people since I don't believe this heater has ever been serviced in the time it's been there. Also the dryer does not dry anything. You have to have it on high heat for hours and your clothes still come out damp. They need to get someone out there to clean the outer vent since I'm pretty sure it's completely full of lint. If you don't need the pool or to wash/dry anything it's great. Tho now the heater works since they just replaced it. You do have to pay extra to have the heater turned on which it does not say on the site nor does it have an option to add the heat when you pay for the house.
