About this house rental
**Your safety and enjoyment in our homes is #1 priority. We wipe down anything you may touch during your stay with approved by The Environmental Protection Agency disinfectants to kill the viruses and germs. We use detergent and bleach or color-safe bleach to kill germs. To boost the effect, we use steam settings or dryer’s hot cycle for at least 45 minutes. Following, the National Sanitation Foundation, our dishwasher machines operate in the mode to reduce 99.999% of bacteria**
For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:
- Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.
- Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.
- Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.
The space
This entire home is step free ground floor entry/exit with access ramps. It has been fully adapted to make it as wheelchair friendly as can be including a pool hoist and a master bedroom with a roll in shower with grab bars and grab bars within the toilet setting.
This amazing vacation rental boasts :
One large Master suite with queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk- in shower and separate large bathtub.
Second Master Guest Bedroom fully furnished with King size bed and full bathroom.
Third Bedroom is a fully furnished Mickey Mouse themed with bunk beds that have a bottom bunk with a full bed and a top bunk with a twin bed.
Fourth Bedroom is Minion themed containing a full size bed with a pull out twin size trundle bed.
There is a great full bathroom that is Finding Nemo Themed located in the hallway to share between the two guest bedrooms.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a oven/stove, dishwater, refrigerator, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the crockery and cutlery are included for a full dining preparation package. Laundry right off the kitchen with washer and dryer for all you cleaning needs.
Dining Area has a beautiful six seat dining table for your family dining gatherings.
Living Room is a comfortable fully furnished and looks directly out onto the patio and pool area. It comprises of a sofa, love seat, 50" TV with cable. Roku for all your streaming needs. Coffee table, end table and lamps.
Various board games, game consoles, puzzles, deck of playing cards for the whole family.
Game room entertainment where you will find a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table.
Enhance your dream vacation by stepping outside to a large covered screened in patio with outdoor table and another sitting area where you can enjoy outdoor living and a day in the sun.
After a long day having fun you can cool down, relax and enjoy your own private screened in pool . The pool deck has a safety gate to keep our youngest guests safe.

Family of four, plus a grandparent. We have a 16 year old who uses a power wheelchair. Overall, this was perfect for us. This very clean, unpretentious and well appointed home served as a great space to start and return to on our busy days in Orlando. We were there for a wedding, but did a lot of sight seeing. On some occasions, the time to get back and forth to Orlando was longer than ideal due to traffic, but worked fine for us since we left for the day each day (no going back and forth). It was nice to get out of the fray and have a quiet, private space to be at the end of the day. Accessibility details: The private pool has a pool lift, and the floor plan is pretty open and easily navigable for a wheelchair. There is a portable ramp at the entrance and another out to the pool patio. There is a lip on both door sills, but the power chair was able to go over it with a little jostling. We put a doormat over the lip out to the pool and that worked fine. The shower, sink and toilet in the master bathroom are wheelchair accessible and there is a shower chair, though there are walls around both toilet and shower that could possibly get in the way for someone who can’t transfer without help. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others who need a wheelchair accessible option near Orlando.

The house was really NICE & CLEAN. All the appliances was nice & modern *loved the refrigerator*. Kerri was amazing!! Any questions or concerns Kerri got back to us in minutes! This house have EVERYTHING ... stroller , high chair, crib, playpen , kitchen is fully stocked with pots , pans , utensils, bowls , cups everything you can think of this house has. Disney wasn’t far at all. Great location, great house , great neighborhood great everything. I’ll definitely rent again!!

This was a wonderful home, my father has ALS and is in a fully motivated chair. The home has more than enough rom for him to move his chair through out the home. Everything very accommodating for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids it was very comfortable for all of us. The beds are are comfortable and we all slept very well.
The only thing extra we did was called Orlando Medical Rentals and rented a lift to help move my dad out of the bed.
