All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

This was a great place for our family to stay while on spring break! The listing was exactly what we expected. Beautiful view of the pools and beach. The condo is a little dated, but completely fine with us! It was clean!

Location and staff were great! Good parking and staff. Furniture and outdoor furniture was very bad. Plastic chairs were dirty and cracked. Other two chairs were all rusted and dirty and was the old patio table. Couches very very uncomfortable to sit on as were the dining chairs. Needs a complete updating for the money that I was charged!

The room needs repairs on balcony door for security, broken towel rack in Master Room along with no Hot Water in Master shower. Provided supplies(coffee, sugar & filters) only enough for 2 days. Misleading as to where to get add'l supplies(Not on Property, but 2 miles North on SPI Welcome office)Location and layout of unit was Great.
