It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0567.

Actually, this condo needs a lot of remodeling. Some pieces of furniture was terrible. Drawers falling apart. Especially in the 2nd bedroom. The tub in the master bedroom is a lawsuit to happen, tub was so slippery my husband almost slipped. I asked for a rubbermat or a small chair, couldn't provide one. So we used the shower. For the money we paid. We expected more. Because of the 5 stars only because my brother, who has terminal cancer was able to stay a few days with us. Purpose of the trip.

The room needs repairs on balcony door for security, broken towel rack in Master Room along with no Hot Water in Master shower. Provided supplies(coffee, sugar & filters) only enough for 2 days. Misleading as to where to get add'l supplies(Not on Property, but 2 miles North on SPI Welcome office)Location and layout of unit was Great.
