Our beachfront balcony has a view of the beach, resort amenities, and lush green lawns. You can sit out there and enjoy the view or a good book. Our kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped to host your meals. The dining area seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen has full-size appliances and beautiful countertops. While you're here, visit the charming local grocery Blue Marlin and stock up on all the groceries your family loves. The VIPS in your group will love the private primary bedroom suite with a bathroom and walk-in shower. The primary boasts a view of the beach and resort amenities, room to unpack, and a mounted TV. Our second bedroom is a relaxing space with a closet, TV, and ocean-blue accents. With a guest bathroom off the main living area, you and your guests won't have to queue to rinse off the sand and get ready for a night on the town - South Padre Island style. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0568.

The property was beautiful! Getting items such as extra garage bags, dishwasher tabs etc was more challenging without having direct access; it would have been nice to have those items in the room!

The condo had everything that we wanted and was set in the perfect spot. Every morning, I could watch the sun rising and then head out to the beach for a walk. The grounds were well kept. The pool was nice and we even had time to sit and visit with the bartender at the cabana while having a drink. I loved watching the other guests walking their dogs around during the day. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! All of the pools were super clean and the service was excellent. The beach is beautiful. There's a guard at the gate 24/7, felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Dryer needs to be vented…when we ran it the bedroom became very hot.Fan above the bed, in the master bedroom, needs ti have the ability to be turned on even though the light isn’t on.
