After entering the house, you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. One bedroom and the bathroom are also located on the ground floor that has been renovated in 2018/2019. There are two extra bedrooms and a children’s room provided with dresser, diaper bucket, wash basin and other essentials. An open space with loungers are present so you can relax or read a book. The children can also freely play here due to the safe stair gate, the nice play- or craft table and the floor that can be used for different adventures.

From the open kitchen you can directly enter the fully enclosed garden that is provided with a terrace, outdoor fireplace, large dining table, sunbeds and a sunscreen. Also, a spacious lawn with a swing, sand box and slide is present.
