Located on a tranquil location near lake Grevelingen, you’ll find this beautiful holiday home ‘Duiveland Pearl‘. Explore the island with its many recreational activities, experience the relaxed atmosphere of the nearby marina and beach or simply enjoy the tranquility of the spacious and child-friendly garden of this property. With a wide range of activities for the young and the old, couples, friends and families, in good and bad weather, you could not wish for a better holiday.

After entering the house, you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. One bedroom and the bathroom are also located on the ground floor that has been renovated in 2018/2019. There are two extra bedrooms and a children’s room provided with dresser, diaper bucket, wash basin and other essentials. An open space with loungers are present so you can relax or read a book. The children can also freely play here due to the safe stair gate, the nice play- or craft table and the floor that can be used for different adventures.

From the open kitchen you can directly enter the fully enclosed garden that is provided with a terrace, outdoor fireplace, large dining table, sunbeds and a sunscreen. Also, a spacious lawn with a swing, sand box and slide is present.

Das Objekt könnte sauberer sein. An den wenigen kühlen Tagen konnten wir uns nur mit dem Kamin aufwärmen. Heizung im Bad war nicht angeschlossen. Die restliche Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Toilette Spülung war mangelhaft. Wir mussten mit einem Eimer Wasser nachspühlen. Die Matratzen hatten teilweise Flecken. Einige Fliegennetze fanden wir hinter den Schränken und nicht an die Fenster. Spiegel und Bilder fielen von den Wänden weil ihre Nägel nicht im Putz hielten. Ansonsten haben wir den tollen Garten und die herrliche Gegend genossen. Man macht halt das Beste draus. Ich hatte bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht. Eine Dame welche in der Situation als Ansprechpartnerin für uns da war, hat uns sehr freundlich und unbürokratisch geholfen. Danke dafür

Huisje was prima tijdens de hete dagen. Veel buiten en voldoende ruimte. Bij slecht weer meer aangewezen op binnen vertoeven. Huisje heeft luchtverwarming waarvan de kanalen niet schoon zijn. Dit geeft problemen aan de lucht wegen. Boven verdieping en badkamer niet verwarmd. TV staat geheel in het teken van de Duitse bezoeker. Prima maar niet voor anderstaligen. Voldoende ruimte binnen, goede nieuwe keuken met het gemak van alle voorzieningen.
