The fully equipped kitchen brings everyone together with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an island with double sink, and breakfast bar seating for 2. After dinner at the round dining table, retreat to one of 2 private bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a tiled walk-in shower with 3 showerheads, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and shower/tub combo. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out accommodations for up to 6 guests total.
Easy Access and a Great Location
Sweet Pea Cottage delivers on the practical side too: single-level layout with zero-step entry, flat paved roads and driveway, parking for 2, and a community hot tub and swimming pool just across the road. The Parkway is only 2 minutes away, putting Dollywood, The Island, mountain coasters, gem mining, and dozens of restaurants right at your fingertips.

Community pool access is provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins for YOU is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Ring doorbells are on the front and back doors. Guests may use the garage by heading inside and opening it from the interior of the home; a garage clicker is not provided.

The host was wonderful to work with, the condo was as shown by the pictures. Very clean, updated and very roomy. Location couldn’t have been better! Loved staying at Sweet Pea! Couldn’t be more happy with this entire transaction.

I have become dissapointed with VRBO. I did not realize that you were letting companies by groups of houses and rent them out as VRBO. I thought that your title meant by owner was an individual. The place was nice, it lacked the feel of a property that someone actually cared about. It lacked some of the things that I am used to. The supplies were sparse if not there. You couldn't cook a meal there unless you brought all of your spices with you. They furnished ONE roll of paper towels etc.. Just not the experience that I am used to through you. We would have been just as happy in a hotel. You've lost what made you good.
