One of the Best Views I've had the privilege of enjoying. The sight and sound of the flowing river was peaceful... The Home is very well kept and comfortable. 10's!!!!!!

Loved the green space beside the house for the pets. The grandkids loved playing in the Little Pigeon after a few hours at Dollywood. The area is very quiet just off of the parkway, yet it is sooo close to Dollywood, The Island and the places we wanted to visit.

The property was very clean and well appointed. It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable.

Clean house right on the river. My boys took the kayaks out from in front of the house and I went and picked them up when they were done. Quiet neighborhood but close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. I’d highly recommend this place.
