While staying here you will have access to the Pool and Hot Tub (Memorial-Labor Day), Game Room, Gym, and Little Pigeon River.
Each room and full XL bunks have their own personal TV to stream all their favorite shows and movies from Hulu, Netflix, Disney, etc. Enjoy playing games like yatzee, scrabble, uno and more.
With over 1400 sq/ft of living space, you can either gather together or spread out during your stay. If fishing is your hobby, then welcome home because the Little Pigeon River is in your backyard! (>13yo & TN fishing license)

Condo was nice, 3rd floor with stairs and elevator for easy access. Place was clean and cozy. We appreciated the nice, soft sheets and towels and I appreciated having some real knives! A lot of rentals will stock up from the dollar store, it was nice to feel some quality and care in this space. The kids loved the bunk beds and the video game nook.
Great communication from the owners. They were extremely responsive and accommodated a last-minute booking with no issue. Thanks!

We Had a great stay! The place was comfortable and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and was in a perfect location on the river! The host even left snacks and waters for us, which excited our granddaughter ☺️ We will definitely book this condo again!
