The home was tidy and quaint. We loved the overall atmosphere. Every outlet was childproof, and the game table were a hit. We had a wood fire going much of the weekend. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission and we did have to plow our way in. It was a quiet neighborhood so I assume the HOA doesn’t get back to those cottages often. We have a plow company in central MD so we were prepared. Just a little insight to those who may not have trucks and 4WD!The lot was large and beautiful and because the roads were unkept, it made for great walking trails for the pups. Overall a wonderful experience!

Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways better. Great use of the space. The fireplace was awesome, the hot tub was perfect, and the space in the backyard was awesome for our kids to play in. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was quaint and located on a quiet street. The view of the lake was lovely from the deck and hot tub. The house has not been fully cleaned in a long time. Mini blinds were full of dirt and the shelves had layers of dust on them. The upstairs bathroom has such a low ceiling that if you are over 5’3”, you cannot use the tub/shower. The doors to the upstairs bathroom do not close as well. The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds is really designed for small children, not adults. The hot tub was filthy and the jets barely have any pressure. The light in the hot tub doesn’t work as well. The deck hasn’t been power washed in quite a while so it is sticky and gritty. The kitchen was quaint and has everything you may need. The downstairs bathroom has been nicely renovated, but it smells like sewer.
We were disappointed by this rental property.
