Both the great room and lower level recreation room provide comfortable furniture perfect for movies and popcorn, family bonding, or just unwinding. The recreation room also features air hockey and foosball for family competition. This home will offer your family togetherness, yet plenty of space for individual privacy. Meadow Ridge offers plenty of space to relax outdoors either in the bubbles of the hot tub, around a crackling outdoor fire under the stars, or enjoy the fresh mountain air in the screened-in porch all with filtered lake views and expansive mountain scenery. The community offers a level lake front area to sunbath, picnic, or enjoy the water.

The home is nice and it’s nice that they provide sheets and towels, however the home is in rough shape. Lack of maintenance shows throughout. The wood trim throughout the exterior is cracking, the steps into the home are cracked, the screened in porch has ripped screens and leaks when it rains, etc. If you don’t care about that and are just looking for a clean place to stay while being within 10 minutes to the lake, it’s great!

We all had a terrific time at this property. Lots of room to spread out, but also cozy. Huge fenced in yard, great for dogs. A bit of trouble figuring out how to stream on the TV, but we got it eventually. Would rent again.

This is really a great property. I was originally concerned that the house was going to be small, but the layout is terrific and it has more room than I anticipated. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus! We did not want to leave. If I had one critique, it would be that the pots and pans could use replacement. Obviously, lots of use by other happy families/groups I'm sure.
