This is a beautiful private home on cul-de-sac end so ample parking which was great. The bunk bedrooms-some of the counted sleeping were trundles from under the lower bunks so keep this in mind- they are not made for adults. The elevator was wonderful for my elderly mother and very pregnant daughter. The sand dunes are very high so know it is not simple to walk to the beach for some. The Better Beach Rental staff were great and very responsive to our questions. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware you would need for a large group.

The property was okay overall, but a little outdated. The Mst bathroom toilet barely drained from lack of proper venting and the cleaner’s could’ve spent more time cleaning all the bathrooms, as far as the fixtures. The location was great and we loved the privacy, because it was at the end of the road.

The house was beautiful...clean. The pool amazing. Photos as expected except while the beach is walking distance from the house it should be noted there's a rather steep sand dune at the end of the boardwalk. Some people may not be able to navigate.

Great property. Spacious home for me, my husband, and our 3 children and their families. Quiet street and lot. Short walk on private boardwalk to beach. Fun and fellowship was had by all this year. The company that manages the property, Better Beach Rentals had great communication.
