Y Knot has the perfect blend of luxurious amenities, space for the entire family or group to spread out, and an unparalleled location! You'll be mere steps away from the beach and the Yaupon Fishing Pier, where you can grab a coffee at Ruby's in the morning and easily walk to KoKo Cabana for lunch or dinner. Plus, there's a private pool to enjoy and a large fenced-in backyard that's fantastic for the furry (and non-furry) children! Pool can be heated at add'l cost.
Upstairs is where this home truly shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the modern coastal space with an airy ambiance that pairs well with vacation vibes! The inverted and open floor plan was even strategically devised to maximize the partial ocean views, and the finishes will blow you away—coffered ceilings, custom wood paneling, and much more! You'll find beautiful furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flatscreen TV in the living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a massive kitchen island with seating for 4, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. This main living space is completed by the dining area with seating for up to 10 along with a half bath.
As you walk into the master bedroom, you're welcomed into a tranquil space that features a luxurious king-size bed, incredible coffered ceilings that are vaulted, floor-to-ceiling windows, flatscreen TV, and walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with double vanity and an oversized tiled shower.
All 4 of the spacious guest bedrooms are located downstairs and have easy access to the 2nd covered porch on this level. 3 of the 4 guest bedrooms boast comfortable king-size beds, flatscreen TVs, closets, and our hotel-quality linens. 2 of those bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you have kids joining you or a family that would like to share the same room, you'll love the last bedroom that's furnished with a queen-size bed and bunk bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a king guest bedroom that features a massive tiled shower.
There are many more amenities to enjoy — like the private pool (can be heated for add'l charge), large fenced-in backyard, shower with hot and cold water, and gas grill! We had a great family vacation at Y-Knot - perfect location, close to the beach, house layout was exactly what our family needed, and we really enjoyed the pool. It was really hot during our time there, so we loved that the pool was shaded in the afternoon - it gave us a break from the sun and heat on the beach all day! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed - TONS of dishes, glassware and silverware! We would definitely visit again.

The property was perfect. Well appointed. Plenty of space. Pool was a game changer! We will never rent a house again without a pool. Decks were great when it rained. Kitchen was well stocked. The griddle was perfect for batches and batches of French toast. Beach access was easy. Would stay again!!!

Very close to the beach/pier, Great decks and large house, well maintained and decorated. Pool is wonderful and the gas grill a plus! Close to a few great restaurants and golf cart ride away from the main thoroughfare where more restaurants, grocery stores, seafood stores, ice cream and souvenir stores! Oak Island is a hidden gem, for now anyway!
