***DOG GUIDELINES AND FEES***
We are a dog friendly property. The owner will allow up to 4 dogs. Guests with dog(s) will be charge a $150 dog fee at time of booking. There is an additional dog fee of $125 each for the second, third and fourth dog. The initial $150 should be charged at the time of booking. If the fee is not charged at the time of booking, the host will inform guests of the payment process for the initial dog fee and the additional dog fee, if it applies.
Guests who choose to bring dogs without registering them or bring more than 4 dogs may be escorted off the property and no refund will be given.
1. Please leash your dog at all times when outside of the home.
2. Pick-up all dog waste.
3. Protect the furniture and bedding with protective covers provided.
4. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not allow your dog to bark excessively while outside.
5. Do not leave your dog(s) unattended on the deck/porch.
6. Please do not leave your dog inside the house unattended. Please crate your dog(s) when it will be left alone. Even the most well adjusted and well behaved dog can become anxious in an unfamiliar place.
7. Dogs must be housebroken.

As usual, I was suspicious about the listing and brought all our stuff. Chairs. Shibumi. Toys. The works. Never even took it out of the SUV. They even have a big wagon for hauling stuff. Leave your beach stuff behind.Check in was seamless. Text messages with questions answered within minutes. Wifi went down, but host called right back stating that the storms had caused periodic outages. Those outages lasted 30 minutes.The house is essentially the same floor plan on 2nd and 3rd floors. Think of it as two, 3 bedrooms floors with the same kitchens, laundry rooms etc. The upstairs MBR with windowed in viewing area was perfect from our older parents who struggled with the heat wave. They could stay inside and still watch the ocean. If your wondering about anyone building a house on the lot you cross to get to the beach, it is city owned and so prolly staying as is. The pool felt surprisingly private with the high fence and no tall homes on either side. It was warm, clean and the salt system left us not feeling bleached out from chlorine.The kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental we have been in, with actual working sharp knives and plenty of bowls and equipment. The grill started right up and the complete burner and seafood boil system made out last day of the week meal simple.Location is outstanding. Two blocks from a good pizza joint, 4 blocks from great tacos, 2 blocks from live music and a 6 minute walk to Publix.

Very lovely home with pool and beach right across the street. The elevator was great, didn’t have to run up and down stairs with heavy stuff.

We had the absolute best family vacation! Kids loved the pool, beach and games. Adults loved the wonderful ocean view and breeze. It was close to everything, but we rarely left because the house was so well stocked. Hope to stay again!

Just a perfect beach home. Magnificently clean well stocked home. Loved the way each kitchen had every gadget from a cocktail Muddler to a countertop ice maker.Loved the pool area and all the fun games.Will stay again. Thank you for making our trip extra special!!!
