Sleeping arrangements
The condo is spread across a thoughtful layout with space for up to 6 guests. Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, providing consistent comfort for groups traveling together. The primary bedroom on the main level includes an ensuite bath with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bath, and one opens onto a balcony overlooking the pond for a quiet moment outdoors.

Living spaces
The living and dining areas flow together, giving you space to gather, share meals, or take advantage of the relaxed coastal setting. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort throughout the year, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to keep up with remote work. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad create a smooth arrival, and the washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials support longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table sits nearby, creating a natural place to plan the day or unwind over a relaxed dinner at home.

Outdoor living
The patio or balcony extend your living space outdoors, inviting you to pause beside the pond and take in the peaceful surroundings. Lake access is available through a nearby path or dock, offering another simple way to enjoy the natural setting. Guests also have access to the community pool within The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass.

Neighborhood
Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), the condo places you close to golf, tennis, pickleball, walking paths, and the broader Ponte Vedra Beach area. Guests may book their own reservations at nearby facilities, including tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards. There is no designated beach access for properties within TPC. Two parking spaces are provided on site for convenience.

Additional details
The home includes WiFi, an HDTV, air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and key home safety features. This is a dog-friendly property with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
