Over 2,500 sq ft of open living and dining areas await, with soaring ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, a cozy fireplace, and a sitting room complete with a flat-screen TV and game table.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, dishwasher, and all cooking basics. It flows directly into the dining area and outdoor spaces for easy indoor-outdoor entertaining.
Sleeping arrangements
The main-level primary suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have private ensuite baths - one includes a private balcony with lovely views.
Outdoor & community
Your private patio overlooks a peaceful pond. As a TPC community guest, you have access to the community pool and clubhouse. Golf tee times at TPC Sawgrass or The Yards, plus tennis and pickleball, can be booked independently nearby.
Please note: Community pool and clubhouse access are private amenities exclusive to TPC guests. There is no designated beach access for this property. One dog welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (weight restrictions apply). Carbon monoxide detector not on premises.

The check in process was super easy. The property was exactly as advertised. We didn't use any of the amenities as we were there for a wedding but the location can't be beat.

Pieces of the ceiling in the den near the master bedroom were falling on to the sofa. The ceiling was wet and flaky. Three photos of the ceiling are attached to this review.
