About this apartment rental

Fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with loft off master bedroom with a futon bed in lovely Ponte Vedra Beach resort rental located near the golf club entrance with pretty lagoon and golf views and a short walk to Beach Club and the ocean. Upstairs master has a king size bed and the downstairs bedroom has two double beds. Large screened in porch overlooks pond. Sidewalks throughout Sawgrass Country Club and community pool is located just around the curve. Nice size kitchen with desk/work space and comfortable living room with large TV.

Enjoyed our stay. In area previously.Property interior itself needs some tuning up. Stairway & upper level carpet not a good look. Living room couches outdated.Both toilet seats long past their prime.

Wonderful place to spend two weeks while waiting to move into our new home. The location is amazing and we found it to be a good value. Thanks!

Excellent location. Great for pets. Kitchen needs new cookware. Furniture needs major updating. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fan in master bedroom needs replacing. The carpeting is disgusting, probably original. Lanai very relaxing.
