About this house rental
A quiet moment on the screened lanai, the calm of golf course surroundings, and space for everyone to settle in make this Ponte Vedra home an easy place to relax and reconnect. Located within the gated Sawgrass Country Club community, this two-story house offers generous living areas and a peaceful setting close to the coast.
Living space
Inside, the open floor plan creates a comfortable gathering area with an HDTV and seating that invites conversation or a relaxed evening indoors. Ceiling fans, heating, air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace help keep the home comfortable year-round. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features a large granite island and is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared meals or morning coffee before heading out for the day.
Outdoor living
The screened lanai opens to a private outdoor pool and a backyard space designed for unwinding outside. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. A fire pit and a tiki hut with grill area create a welcoming spot for spending time outdoors while enjoying the surrounding golf course views.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide comfortable space for groups. The primary suite on the main floor includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Another bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath. A third bedroom features two queen beds. Upstairs, one bedroom includes two full-size beds with an en suite bath, and the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath.
Convenience & amenities
Additional features include washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, private entrance, free driveway parking for four vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad.

The house overall was nice and in a good location for wedding weekend parties. Unfortunately, the day we arrived the code didn't work to the front door so we had to wait until someone called in a new code. It was after hours so we had to wait a bit. The A/C was not running so it took time to cool the house down. The upstairs really never got cool. I gave my entire family's names for gate access and they had none of our names listed and gave my family a hard time (actually rude) about getting in. The master bath was a nice size but the outlets didn't work so I had to use a different bathroom. The den was a great size with lots of seating so that worked well. The kitchen/den area was very spacious and that is where we spent most of our time. The recycling trash can was full of smelly stuff so we just put that outside as someone at Suncastle told us to do that. We truly enjoyed ourselves but hope you can improve on these very simple things to help make the next person's stay more comfortable. .

Overall we enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the property however, I have a couple of suggestions to make things better for future guests. The towels and washcloths desperately need to be replaced with new matching sets. The towels and washcloths did not match, and they were old, stained etc. I would suggest replacing with white so that they can be thoroughly sanitized. The kitchen has too many dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc. and should be replaced with newer and fewer. If these things are taken care of, this will be a five star property.

This is one of several places we have stayed in Ponte Vedra Beach while renovating our own home. It is spacious five bedroom home with a nice, enclosed pool. The master bedroom and bath are large and accommodating, and overall the house is nice. It is obviously a rental property, and is a little beat up, but it is clean, spacious and well located.
