Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Had ground floor unit that had excellent view of the lake. Ducks came to visit--enjoyed their company and opportunity to feed. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals.

We had a relaxing stay. One trip to Slide Waters and a trip to the farmers market. We cooked all but one meal at the condo. I did set off the smoke alarm when I burnt the toast. The swimming pool was extremely cold but that didn’t deter the kids at all, much harder on the adults.
All in all we had a great visit to Chelan.
