About this apartment rental
Our beautiful vacation home consists of two apartments: the Dani apartment on the first and second floors, which was completely renovated in 2020, and the Luca apartment on the first floor, which was renovated in 2021. Both apartments have their own entrance, garage, and garden. They are completely separate from one another and offer total privacy. The Luca apartment is suitable for 4 people and a baby.
The apartment is surrounded by nature and many hiking and biking trails. It offers the ideal starting point for discovering the beautiful Eifel region with its many attractions.
You’ll feel right at home in the modern living room, which features a large dining table, a cozy sofa, and satellite TV with Google Chromecast and Wi-Fi. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a large double bed and a 20-square-meter rooftop terrace offering a beautiful view of the Eifel Mountains. The second bedroom has two single beds. A crib is available free of charge upon request.
The rooftop terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a wood/charcoal grill, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. From the rooftop terrace, you can access the garden via 7 steps. The garden is completely fenced in and is for your exclusive use. The garden consists of two parts; in the upper section, there is a second set of patio furniture. The children can play in the lower section, where a playhouse, a trampoline, and a sandbox are available to them.
There is also a treehouse, a swing, and a soccer field for shared use by guests of Luca and Dani.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in a private, locked garage. Parking in the driveway or near the house is free. The house is pet-free and smoke-free. Bed linens, towels, heating, electricity, etc., are all included in the price.
