Our Vacation Apartments
We renovated the upper floor in 2021; in addition to underfloor heating and a walk-in shower, it features spacious panoramic skylights to enjoy the unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery.
To ensure a comfortable environment (even under the roof), we did not use standard glass or rock wool insulation; instead, we installed blown-in cellulose insulation for improved sound and thermal insulation.
The kitchens are also new and equipped with a wide range of appliances (see Amenities)
We’ve made every effort to think of everything—for example, we even provide potato peelers for left-handers.
A SodaStream is available in each of our vacation apartments for free sparkling drinking water,
which saves you the hassle of lugging around crates and returning deposit bottles.
The initial supply also includes:
Beds made upon arrival and an alternative pillow
1 guest towel / 1 hand towel / 1 bath towel per guest
Kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper
Sugar, oil, vinegar, and a small selection of spices
On-site costs: The price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and utilities. The price, including sales tax, is always based on 2 people. Note on the guest tax: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging establishments in the Gerolstein municipal association have been required to pay a guest tax (local tax) of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5 and business and educational travelers are exempt from this fee. The bylaws can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag
Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
