Our apartment Steffi is located close to the city center in the traffic-calmed street Am Brückelchen. From here it is about 5 minutes on foot to get into your Eifelsteig hike. In just 10 minutes walk from the center of the small town with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, tennis hall, indoor riding arena, restaurants, home & natural history museum, reservoir, Erlöserkirche with Villa Sarabodis etc .. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house. It expects you on 90 square meters a comfort-Wohnfühloase, in which up to 4 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long, active day you will have the opportunity to relax in the large living room with a book, a movie (satellite TV with flat screen). If you like to cook, this is child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From the 5-ring ceramic hob oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, frying pans, cooking pots to professional knives everything is available. A 12 sqm covered balcony with teakwood table, 6 chairs with cushions invites you to linger. From here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Dolomite rocks or the view of the garden with koi pond. As guests of our apartment you have 2 large parking spaces directly at the house. The comfort apartment is fully equipped with white tiles and underfloor heating. The sleeping beds are equipped with hypo-allergenic bedding. In the living room books, novels and magazines invite you to linger.
