This dog-friendly home offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests, stunning Gulf views, and easy boardwalk access to the white sandy beaches. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, this charming home provides everything you need for a stress-free beach retreat.

The Space – Sleeps 12 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom – King-size bed, private Gulf views, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed, cozy furnishings, and easy access to the shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Two full-size beds, ideal for additional guests or family members.
Bedroom 4 – Two twin-size bunk beds (four total beds), perfect for kids or extra guests.
Parking – Adequate space for up to four (4) vehicles.
Dog-Friendly – Two (2) dogs max (40 lbs. each), with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Adequate Parking for four (4) vehicles maximum. No parking pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This place is all about the location. The location is amazing!! Right on the beach. But to top it all off, the house itself was perfect! Extremely clean, well decorated, and the beds and linens were super comfortable. House had a lot of good kitchen amenities, and the roku tvs were very helpful. The shower on the deck to rinse off after the beach was super handy and the beach spot was not crowded at all and had super soft sand and clear water! We had one minor issue with a deck board being broken. But we communicated the need and someone was there within the hour and it was fixed. Our family highly recommends this listing and would stay here again in a heaetbeat!!

We had a great time! The home was very clean and nicely updated and the location, oceanfront, was perfect! My kids especially like all the beach toys and crab nets. Something to watch out for, the stairs in front are quite steep but the ramp around back made that climb easier. We would definitely rent here again.

My wife and I stayed at this home for 7 nights. It’s a great location and was very quiet when we weee there in early March. House is updated and very comfortable. We only used the King bedroom and it was comfortable. (The bath for the Master is in the hall so it can be shared with another bedroom, but this wasn’t an issue.). Nice deck overlooking the beach with great private boardwalk access. Second bath is small and has to be shared with other two bedrooms. This could be problematic if you had a very large family or group for some. TV is Roku so come with all your subscription passwords or you are out of luck without watching news or reruns.). We did have a significant wind storm while staying other that knocked the TV offline, but the property management company sent someone over the next morning that got it back online. Very responsive. The house did not have a grill, but a small hibachi was available although we didn’t use it. We really enjoyed this home and it would be very comfortable for a family or two couples. The property was very clean and well maintained!
